Volunteer

For even the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve...

Mark 10:45

The Well isn't just a place we attend—it's a family we build together. Every smile, every prayer, every song, and every act of service helps create a welcoming place where people can encounter God.

We are looking for volunteers to join our teams!

Greeters

Greeters are the first smile people see when they arrive at The Well. Their role is simple but meaningful: welcome everyone with warmth, offer a friendly hello, answer questions, help guests find their way, and create an atmosphere where every person feels seen, valued, and at home.
You don't have to be outgoing or have all the answers—just a kind heart and a welcoming smile. A simple greeting can make a lasting difference and help someone feel comfortable.

Tech Team

The Tech Team helps create a smooth and engaging worship experience by managing sound, lyrics, presentation slides, and other technical elements during service. While much of their work happens behind the scenes, their role helps remove distractions so people can focus on worship and the message.
Whether you enjoy technology or are interested in learning something new, we'd love to have you on the team. No previous experience is required—we'll provide training and support. All you need is a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a heart to serve.

Set Up/Tear Down Crew

The Set Up & Tear Down Crew helps transform our meeting space into a place where people can gather, worship, and connect. From setting up poles & drape,  corn hole, straightening chairs, and setting up the book store before service to packing everything away afterward, this team makes ministry possible behind the scenes.
You don't need special skills—just a willing heart, a positive attitude, and a readiness to lend a hand.

Worship

The Worship Team has the privilege of leading our church in worship through music. More than performing songs, this team helps create an atmosphere where people can encounter God, respond in worship, and grow in their faith.
If you have musical gifts—whether singing or playing an instrument—and a heart for worship, we'd love to connect with you. Team members should be committed to growing in their faith, serving with humility, and working together to lead others in worship. Auditions and rehearsals are part of joining the team to help everyone serve with excellence.

If you'd like to get involved or learn more about any of these teams, we'd love to connect with you.
